Dr. Ruxandra Stoian

Dr. Ruxandra Stoian is a pediatric dentist at DENT ESTET 4 KIDS and is currently completing her residency program in Pediatric Dentistry. In her clinical practice, she strongly believes that every child deserves a gentle, safe, and fear-free dental experience, which is why she focuses on a calm, empathetic approach tailored to each child’s age and needs.

She stands out through the way she transforms dental visits into friendly and predictable experiences, using stories, games, and age-appropriate communication techniques to reduce anxiety and help children feel understood and safe. At the same time, she places great importance on building strong relationships with parents, clearly explaining each stage of treatment and offering guidance for developing healthy oral hygiene habits from the very first visits. For the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS team member, pediatric dentistry means not only treatment, but also education, prevention, and building long-term trust with both children and their families.

Her motivation comes from the desire to help children develop a natural and relaxed relationship with the dentist, turning fear and uncertainty into comfort and smiles. She considers one of the greatest challenges of her profession to be balancing the medical and emotional aspects of care, while her greatest satisfaction is seeing a child leave the clinic smiling and eager to return.

To provide the best possible experiences for her patients, Dr. Ruxandra Stoian continuously participates in international pediatric dentistry courses, as well as workshops in pediatric psychology and empathetic communication. Modern technology also plays an essential role in her practice, from precise radiographic imaging and digital anesthesia to child-friendly elements such as ceiling-mounted TVs, all contributing to safe, efficient, and comfortable treatments.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new places and people, spending time in nature, and reading, activities that bring balance and inspiration, reflected in her interactions with young patients.
